30-Day Return and Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Pre-order Phase:
- We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or production begins.
In-stock Sales Phase:
- You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it for a full refund. If within this timeframe, please contact us at service@oasalife.com.
- If more than 2 hours have passed, we will not be able to cancel your order. You may only apply for a return and refund after receiving the product.
Returns (if applicable) We accept return requests. Customers are entitled to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Return Requirements

- After submitting the return request, you must return the product within 14 days.
- The item must be in its original condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- If the return is due to product damage during shipping or defective accessories discovered after opening, please contact us in advance. We will make arrangements based on the actual situation.
- Return Process

- Contact Customer Support: Please submit your return request to our customer service team via email at service@oasalife.com.
- Arrange the Return: Customers should follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to return the product to the designated Oasa warehouse.
- Refund Processing: Once the returned product is received and verified to meet the return conditions, we will process the refund within 2 business days and notify you via email. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
- Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to product damage or quality issues, Oasa will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns not related to product quality issues, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Customers must contact us via email before returning the product, and Oasa will determine the return method. If the customer returns the product without prior communication, Oasa will not be responsible for any related costs.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@oasalife.com.
